Diversity and Inclusion at Kantar
Diversity and Inclusion is at the heart of everything we do. That is why we are working with a number of partners to make ensure that we have identified diverse talent in the marketplace.
We believe that everyone is unique and will only be truly successful when they can bring their whole selves to work.
At Kantar, we aim to create an inclusive workplace where everyone can grow and flourish, as well as helping our clients understand the diverse nature of their own customers. Diversity drives innovation and creativity, enabling us to better serve the needs of our clients. Inclusion creates a culture of belonging, where everyone is empowered to succeed.
We have commenced our journey to increase the diversity of our suppliers through tracking, reporting and most importantly our approach to sourcing and the marketplace
We are committed to increase the diversity of our supplier base in 18 core markets to 12% by 2025. These are across the categories that we are able to track and influence.

The diversity of our procurement team and the impact we have on our communities is an important principle of how we operate. We are actively engaging with our suppliers to ensure that we are expanding the conversation and giving opportunities.
We have recently commenced a campaign to provide exposure of working life to academy students from underprivileged areas in the UK. We are partnering with many of our Tier 1 suppliers to ensure that these students get a well-rounded view of businesses that they can strive to work for and how the diversity in the workforce is starting to represent the diversity in our local communities.
