Kantar adheres to global best practices and has been compliant with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) for several years. Our policies and practices also align with specific market legislations concerning consumer data protection. To maintain the security, confidentiality, and integrity of client, respondent, and personal information and data, we comply with all relevant corporate, legal, statutory, and regulatory requirements as well as international standards within the scope of our certification:

Data protection and information security

We implement data policies and procedures and maintain a quality and information security management system, as well as a Kantar Data Protection Framework programme, mandatory for all staff, to meet specific clients' quality and information security requirements. According to the Kantar Data Code of Conduct, we are dedicated to the responsible collection, management, use, and protection of client data, consumer data, and all information related to our business operations.
We protect the data we collect and hold through a secure technical infrastructure and risk management framework. We are transparent with consumers, treat all data as confidential, and secure, collect, process, use, and store data appropriately, implementing necessary and appropriate technical measures to secure data, and deleting it when required.
