We’re also don’t mind what result you have/are predicted to achieve. You'll need to be in your last year of study, or have recently graduated.

The application process
01

Submit your CV

Make sure to include the degree you’re studying for, graduation date, and information on internships or work experience. If they’re industry relevant, that’s even better. Your CV will be reviewed by one of our graduate recruiters.

02

Arctic Shores

Artic Shores is a tool we use to look at your working styles and behaviours. You’ll get some feedback immediately about your working styles and behaviours, and we’ll be sent an overall score for you, based on the skills we look for in our future leaders.

03

Cammio

The next step is a Cammio interview. This is a video interview, where you’ll need to record yourself answering some questions. It might feel a bit strange as there is no interviewer, but your answers will still be reviewed and assessed by a real human being.
04

Assessment Centre

This will likely be in-person at one of our offices, where you’ll take place in a number of activities and interviews. We’ll try and make it as fun and engaging as we can. After your assessment centre, you should hear back from us within two weeks to let you know if we’ll be able to offer you a role or not.
Tips and Advice

At Kantar we are happy to support disabled and neurodiverse candidates and want to make sure you have the support you need to succeed.

If you have a physical disability, learning disability or neurodiverse condition and need us to adapt any of our interview stages to accommodate this, please email your recruiter.

You’ll need to tell us no later than the online assessment stage, so we can make sure we put these changes in place.

Examples of adjustments we can provide include scoring adjustments and extra time.

  • Make sure your device is plugged in or fully charged.
  • Turn off any alerts or notifications.
  • Find somewhere distraction-free and with stable Wifi, and let your roommates or parents know you’ll be doing an assessment for about 90 minutes
  • Complete the practice assessment.
  • Read the instructions for full assessment carefully. If you need any adjustments made for a disability or neurodiverse condition, please make sure you let us know no later than this point, so we can make sure any changes are made for you.
  • Get started – approach the tasks in a way that feels natural to you. There are no right or wrong answers, we’re looking at how you like to work and how you approach solving problems.
  • Complete them all in one sitting.
  • Make sure your device is plugged in or fully charged.
  • Turn off any alerts or notifications. If you’re using your phone, make sure it’s on silent.
  • Find somewhere distraction-free and with stable Wifi. Let your housemates or parents know not to disrupt you.
  • Film horizontally, not vertically. Our recruiters will be most likely watching your interview on a laptop, so make sure your videos can fill their whole screen.
  • Make sure you have your device on a flat surface – or a tripod if you have one – and that it’s secure and won’t fall over during filming
  • Think about your lighting; we want to see your face! Try to find a room with lots of natural light, and make sure you’re facing the window (or any other light source you’re using).
  • Pick a plain and neutral background so we can focus on you. Try not to film in front of a messy room or anything distracting – including photos of you at a party or the beach!
  • Make use of the practices. We promise, they really do help!
  • Don't forget, you get three attempts to record you answer, so don't panic if your first one isn't perfect.
