Our future leaders programme aims to equip our next generation of graduates with the essential skills you’ll need in a digitally transforming, AI driven world. Over 18 months, you’ll grow your experience and skills by learning from our different teams, developing future leader potential and setting you up for real career success.
This programme is available in our Insights division, in lots of different countries across the UK, Europe and Africa. No matter where in the world you’re based, all our graduates will get the same experience.
You’ll be part of an immersive onboarding experience with executive leadership and developing your skills in the rapidly developing digital world and AI.
To make sure you understand the basics of our industry, you’ll spend some time getting stuck into client work, getting involved in data analysis and research projects to give you a good grounding. But you’ll also get to work on high-impact projects across different regions, gaining hands-on experience and learning from industry experts. We’ll also emphasise leadership development, helping you to become a potential future leader to help drive our company forward.
On top of all that, you'll benefit from working with graduates across multiple different regions, helping to build cross country relationships.
Probably more than you think! We first started looking into very early Machine Learning in 1983; fast forward 40 years and we’ve built a strong AI backbone and are ready to embrace the next phase of the AI revolution.
We have a wealth of unique tools to help us carry out research, and many of these use the latest AI and machine learning techniques. The sheer amount of data we have at our fingertips provides a comprehensive ecosystem for AI to learn and generate machine led insights. We use the technology to help give us rapid insights everywhere, and we put this at our customers fingertips.
So, when you ask what AI and technology has to do with market research; it’s actually quite a lot.
Other roles
You might see some other roles advertised across Kantar as graduate roles.
Our next generation graduate programme is only available in our Insights Division across EMEA. If you see other roles advertised in our Insights Division, they're either entry-level roles that are suitable for graduates, or in a region where we haven’t rolled out this programme.
You may also see some graduate roles available in our Worldpanel Division. Our Worldpanel graduate programme is separate to this one and is more focused on client research and data analysis; it doesn’t have the digital angle. It will have different responsibilities and entry requirements.
